Years Playing Ball: A long long time
Biggest Accomplishment: Being able to persue my career as an I.T. professional on P.E.I.
Reason for Playing:
I believe it is a worthwhile cause and we all have family and friends that have been touched by cancer. This event is going to take a toll on all those involved but the toll we face before us pales in comparison to the toll that cancer takes from us.
About Me:
I was born in Charlottetown in the 1970’s and grew up in Vernon River, the suburbs of the metropolis of Avondale. I spent 7 years as a child in Pine Point NWT, by Great Slave Lake.
I later returned to Vernon River and the moved to Charlottetown where I attended the BIT program at Holland College. I moved to Toronto and then back to P.E.I where I presently am employed at CGI in Stratford as a lead developer.
All along I have been involved in fastball, orthodox, slo-pitch and baseball. I have played with a variety of teams, players and skill levels and I continue to play as much as possible. I hope everyone enjoys hitting home runs off Chris Halliwell (AKA "BOOM") as much as I will during our 4-day journey.
